BJJ Strength & Conditioning (3 days a week):

A strength and conditioning program designed to develop a complete grappler from the ground up.

Fight Camp (6 days a week):

A program combining strength and conditioning, cardio and Muay Thai specific solo drills to help supplement an already existing combative program.

Power-Building (3 days a week):

A 3 day-a-week program blending powerlifting with bodybuilding principles.

Power-Building (4 days a week):

A 4 day-a-week program blending powerlifting with bodybuilding principles.

Powerlifting (3 days a week):

A 3 day-a-week program focused solely on improving Squat, Bench and Deadlift.

Fit Girl Program (4-5 days a week):

A program designed to develop fuller glutes, a toned upper body, and a leaner physique.

Hybrid Athlete (4-6 days a week):

An advanced program blending powerlifting, bodybuilding and athletic conditioning.

Jacked n Tan (5-6 days a week):

A program for those who are purely concerned with building a complete physique and do not care about chasing numbers in the weight room. This program rotates every 6-8 weeks. Focusing on a different muscle group as the main emphasis while we build up the rest of the body with slightly less volume.

Zero to Hero (3 days a week):

A program designed to take someone from completely new to lifting and build them up systematically to eventually be able to do one of our other programs or to continue on the planned progression of the program.

Tactical Athlete (3-5 days a week):

A program built to work around the ever changing schedule of a first responder without compromising the effectiveness of the workouts. These workouts will build real world agility, power, and endless endurance.

Weekend Warrior (3 days a week):

A program for those with limited equipment, limited time and a desire to still see results. All workouts are made to fit within a 30 minute time frame. The pacing of this plan is on the higher end so be prepared to work! This plan uses only kettlebells, bands, a barbell, and a jump rope.Monthly Program subscriptions are charged at $50USD every 4 weeks and are non-refundable once billed. You are able to switch programs at any time or cancel by emailing us at info@novabarbellclub.com.
